Refunds & Returns

We work hard to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition and meet the high standards our customers have come to expect.  Every step, from choosing the right materials to photographing the final design before posting, is done with customer satistfaction in mind.  However, if for any reason you're not happy - get in touch and we'll work hard to ensure you're satistfied.


If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are free to return any Standard Orders within 7 days of receipt.  For obviously reasons, Personalised Orders can only be refunded, if they are faulty, incorrect or damaged prior to sending.

Standard Vs Personalised

A Standard Order, is a plaque, sign or gift which is ordered as pictured from our range of designs without any ammendments.

A Personalised Order, consists of any order with variation from the listed image - such as names, dates, adding or subtracting elements/design etc.  Any name is considered to be a Personalised Order, even if our display image uses the same name.


Any order needs to be returned to us in order to receive a refund for any reason.  

  • If the reason for return is faulty or an error our end, we'll reinburse you for postage costs.  
  • If the item was damaged in transit, we'll make a claim on your behalf - using the photo we take before sending.  
  • If you are returning the item for any other reason, you'll be responsible for any postage costs.
